You'll receive the kit in a box and have the .pdf patterns e-mailed to the address provided by your Etsy account by the fourth. If your e-mail addy on Etsy is incorrect, please e-mail us. If you don't receive the .pdf by the fourth, it may be because your address is not current.
SUBSCRIBERS: Your kits are labeled as 'Subscribers Only' in our ETSY SHOP.
TO SUBSCRIBE: To be added to our list for January, please e-mail Rachel at redvelvetkitclub(@)gmail(.)com. Subscriptions are for three months at a time. Your kit will then be reserved in our Etsy shop for purchase at a reduced rate of $27.99.
Kits are shipped within 3-4 days of purchase via Priority mail. International kits are shipped first class. If you want insurance added to your kit (especially international customers) please let us know before you purchase a kit and we'll add the $1.75 to the price. If you do not purchase insurance, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged boxes.
If your kit is missing an item, please let us know and we'll do our best to send it to you, replace it with an item of similar value, or send you a refund.
