Late Release for June Kits

We will be putting our June Kits up for sale on the 4th of June due to computer complications that are keeping us from knowing the exact amount of kits available for purchase in our Etsy shop.  Our Mac is in the shop and will hopefully be here on the 3rd or 4th.  We'll keep you updated.  Kits ordered from the Etsy shop WILL be mailed before we move.

If you're a subscriber, but not a brand new subscriber, you will receive an invoice from us earlier than usual.  This is to speed up the kit shipping process so we can stay on schedule with our cross country move.  Thank you in advance for your patience as we do what we can with the resources available to us.

Sneak Peek #2

If you like juicy colors, you're going to love our June Paper Kit.  We're packing them this week so you can have yours as soon as possible!  Plus, we're moving so we're already in packing mode.  All kits ordered the 1st-5th of June will be shipped out on the 2nd and 5th of June in time for us to hit the road on the 7th of June.

Our Guest Designer of the month is Leigh-Ann Keffer of FreckledNest.etsy.com. She's a pro with the mini books and knows how to love a pup so I can't wait to see what she does with this Project Kit.

We'll have a limited amount of kits for sale in our Etsy shop for sale on June 1st. We are upping the kit amounts next month as the demand has increased AGAIN! We love you guys!

Re-Subscribers
If you started your subscription in March and would like to resubscribe, PLEASE let me know before May 28th. Your spot will not be held after the 28th and will be placed in the Etsy shop for someone else. I have already heard from a few of you. You will all receive an e-mail to confirm your re-subscription before the 22nd and then after that as I hear from you.

New-subscribers
I will confirm all new-subscribers that I have ALREADY heard from as of 5/18. We no longer have any more subscription spots available for June but if you'd like to be added to the wait list for July, I have spots available.

Tutorial Delay

Thanks for the fabulous comments about our new DT!  We will have the 'Gallery' up by the end of the week as well as posted in our FLickr group so if anyone is looking for some creative direction, it is on its way. 

The winner of the DT comment was Kat Eisner!  So, Kat, e-mail me with your mailing address and I'll make sure you get your free June kit next month.  (redvelvetkitclub (at) gmail (dot) com).

Anyone who ordered the May Project Kit or tutorial will be receiving their instructions later than planned as my computer crashed on Saturday afternoon and is STILL in the shop.  It should be done later this week but all of my information is stored on it and should be there when I get it back.  I appreciate your patience with this.  I was thankful that it didn't decide to crash the day before as it could've been a WHOLE lot messier.

Design Team Reveal

I'm proud to announce the very first Red Velvet Kit Club Design Team to you all. Each of their unique styles will show you a few of the creative ways to break into your stash and inspire you with new techniques and challenges. These three ladies have recently been highlighted on a major scrapbooking network and can be found with their hand in a few other scrap piles each month. They turn out lovely work time and time again and I'm so happy to have them with us. Without further ado, here they are:

Marie Ramirez

I am a stay at home mom with 4 children, 1 soul
mate 1 Year ago it was about one layout a month, now I scrapbook at least
15 a month. I finally figured it was time to start using the stuff I
bought instead of hoarding it.

I became addicted to scrapbooking when my Mother in Law passed away. She
was the kindest, sweetest, loving woman I have ever met in my life. My
children were very young. I wanted them to remember her like I did and I
didn’t want to forget a single thing about the awesome mother,
grandmother, person that she was. What better way to convey that then in
scrapbooking. So here I am! Just one more thing she brought to my life
that I love.
