Yum these look delicious!! I haven't tried this sauce recipe, but it looks interesting (it has egg in it, though, so that would definitely eliminate the almost-vegan factor).

I love Trader Joe's sweet chili sauce with egg rolls.

April- I love so many Trader Joe's products while I lived on the west coast (especially their hummus). But alas, we have none here in Springfield. :(

YUM! These look delicious, i'll have to give them a try :)

Mix equal parts soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water. Add finely chopped green onion or leeks. Delicious. I dip all things Asian in that magical concoction.

These look yummy! Just so you know though, they're pescetarian-friendly, but not vegetarian. Vegetarians don't eat any meat (which includes fish). Vegans don't eat meat or any animal by-products (eggs, milk, butter, etc.)

You know that fish sauce contains fish, do you?

Apart from that: looks absolutely yummy.

my hubby makes eggrolls all the time, we both love annies (brand) woodstock dressing as a dipping sauce, it is wonderful (for eggrolls and many other things..)
hopefully you can find it in Springfield!

Emma, I feel your pain. For awhile, the closest was in the Twin Cities, which is 2.5 hours. Now there's one in Rochester, but that's still an hour drive. I go up every few months to stock up on Chuck and other non perishables.

I'm so gonna try this! :) Thanks. Hearts, Janna Lynn

egg rolls contain egg, meaning they cannot be vegan.

I love making a sauce mixed from lime juice, olive oil/sesame oil, soy sauce, cilantro, garlic, brown sugar & a chopped up fresh red chilli. I kind of just play around with the measurements until it tastes right.

these look delicious!

These look great! I secretly judge restaurants on the quality of their egg rolls. :)

these look so yummy! my favorite Asian sauce is Soy Vey Veri Veri Teriyaki. it's awesome! I would use it not just to dip, but also in place of fish sauce to make these rolls vegetarian. (I know, it's not a homemade sauce. but I'm lazy, and it's so good!)

to the commenter who wrote that egg rolls contain egg: not all do. I recently bought frozen egg rolls from Trader Joe's that are vegan. this recipe does not appear to contain eggs either (I think wrappers tend to be vegan).

I was looking for this information, thanks for put in this easy way, I mean in a easy way to understand it jajaja, well until the next time.

well looks like all the people are looking for this kind of recipes, specially for this dates.

This are the kind of stuff my son can eat... I don't know what you think but I guess there is not any hardest in this life than prepare food for a vegan person... they can't eat whatever dish.
