I love roasted red pepper dip, and I love hummus, so this seems like a DELICIOUS idea.

4-5 cups seems like an awful lot though, since I'm probably going to be eating it all, haha. Might have to half the recipe so I don't explode. :)

minus the red peppers, follow the same deal as this but use peanut butter in place of tahini mmmmmmmmmmm
