I'm a Thai Peppers fan too, but last night I tried Thai Express on Glenstone and it was delicious and cheap too!

I'm so happy to see you love Thai Peppers! My first job ever was working there (almost 10 years ago...eeks), and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Now I really want that for dinner. Maybe I'll give the recipe a shot instead though - thanks for sharing! :)

Can't wait to try this!

Andrea-I love me some Thai Express too! :)

OMG, Just had some pinapple curry the other night at our local Thai house and it was amazing! Thanks for posting your recipe!

I've never tried thai peppers BUT i do believe that the best thai food in springfield is definitely Tongs! This looks delicious:)

oh yum. It looks amazing and the recipe sounds like something I could make. Sometimes I just read the directions and give up before I start. heh. :)

OMG! I love the yellow curry at Thai Peppers, but I've never been able to figure out how they do it. THANK YOU!!!!

I love curry as well (the philippines has chicken curry/pineapple/squash version that's totally yum too! It's so nice to know that people outside Asia (I'm from the Philippines) totally loves curries and rice!

Kiley-I actually haven't been to Tongs yet. Now I will go. Soon. :)

I've never tried yellow curry before, but this looks delicious!

Nothing better than Yahoo finding me a good site related to what I was looking for. SO NICE!!!
