i totally love fried pickles! i'm so gonna try this.

i've often read about fried pickles, and always wanted to try them. thanks for showing me how :)

My brother in law and I love fried pickles. No one else in our family does and we have been saying we are going to try to make some, now I can! What type of oil did you use. I typically use olive oil but do you think it wouldn't be wise since it gets hotter and may catch fire easier? What type of oil did you use?

"healthier than fried cheese" is now my go-to response to people coyly turning down my baked goods.

i am really loving your food styling lately--keep up the good work lovely lady:)

i love fried pickles, especially with ranch! I've never tried to make them b/c me and frying things are non-mixy but that's why i have a husband :)

Tammy-I used vegetable oil. Canola oil or peanut oil would be good too. Olive oil will work but do watch the heat, and it will make your fried pickles taste more... well, like olive oil. Good luck! :)

Fried pickles are the best:)

yes, i'm so glad you posted this. I love me some fried pickles (:

fried pickles go really well with a lemon aioli too! I had them at a restaurant on my birthday a couple of years ago. They were amazing and I haven't had them since...

I love fried pickles! No shame. I must try this recipe!

Oh! I have wanted to find a recipe to make these at home! Thank you! I will be trying these very soon!

YUM!!! I love fried pickles!

Terrible for you, but craaazy good! :) i like mine with lemon ;) keep up the adorable work! ♥

Ugh! Thanks for making gain 10lbs, Emma. Though I'm sure my tastebuds and my belly will be happy!

I love fried pickles, the first time I ever tried them was yrs ago@ the NC state fair& I was hooked!!!! :)

oh my word, yum!

not enough restaurants have these!

I tried this recipe last night. I am planning to make them again this weekend.

i love fried pickles, and recently had a new combination that i thought you might like..fried pickles mixed with fried jalapeno slices, it really is an amazing combo!

These. sound. awesome. Can't wait to give this a try!

My work served them with chocolate syrup instead of ranch. Dont hate it till you try it!

I totally want new tattoos right now, just can't decide where to get them. A little house (combo of your 2 designs :), the word "LOVE" from the cover of our family book Guess How Much I Love You, 7 stars for each of us (me, hubby, and our 5 kids) in each of our birthstone colors, and a camera. I better get crackin'! Love the camera and the sewing machine... and some version of a letter! Love that!

Oh my, they look seriously good! And yes, I pretty much always think about cookies. And cake. I absolutely love your blog by the way. So much baking inspiration here!
