I actually have a cooking question. I recently bought a box of falafel mix and was wondering if you could share how you prepare it, and what side dishes, condiments,etc you serve with yours.

So, my questions (maybe you should take a deep breath; there are plenty of them):
I'd love to know what you did after you graduated from high school? Where and what did you study? And what are you studying now? (in this post of Elsie's: she mentioned you are prepping for a grad. school program and I'd love to know more about what exactly you study and where, if you don't mind sharing).
Another question - what jobs have you had as a teenager and also later in life?
Is there a special dream you are dreaming of?
What do you love most about being the owner of the sweet shoppe, and which parts of it you find challenging?
How did you make the decision to move back to Missouri and open the cupcake shop? I guess it was such a huge decision, so was it easy to make it or not so much...?

I really, really hope you don't mind me asking all these questions... I have a quite-big decision to make myself about my own studies, so I'd love to hear everything you have to say that might inspire me... :)

In LA you were trying to buy local and in season, are you doing that at home still?
Also, what do your typical meals throughout the day look like?

Do you plan your meals? Like, do you list out what you wanna make for the week or do you just improv?

How long have you been vegan? Do you find it tricky to cook for yourself with a vegan lifestyle? (I'm a new vegetarian and I'm having dinner idea problems!)

Emma, I adore your blog! The only problem I have is that sometimes I read a recipe for something amazing and I forget to bookmark the post, so when I come back trying to look for the recipe I have to search a while in your archives to find it. Could you please add a tag cloud or a search bar to your sidebar please? :) Also, I would love to know what your favorite cupcake flavor is, and what is your favorite craft?

Hi Emma, I love your humor and wit. For me, that's what sets apart your blog from all other food blogs that I read. So, my question(s): what's the history of your love affair with bubble tea? Is it hard to source the boba balls? what is the most difficult aspect of running your business? Thanks!

Hi Emma! I adore your blog. You are super sweet and a whiz in the kitchen! Love it. A couple of questions for you:
What are your long-term goals for your career? I know you have catering services and your bakery but what else are you dreaming about?
Did you love the Midwest even more when you moved back from LA? Was it a hard decision or a no-brainer?
On the business side, your blog and photos are beautiful, but I am sure you work your behind off behind all that eye candy. What is your estimate of how many hours you work per week owning your own business?
