pushing daisies is the best show of all time!!

Oh this is fun, Emma!
It's nice to see other little pieces of your life :)

Harold and Maude is one of my favorite movies ever!

Fantastic Mr. Fox is definitely one of the most brilliant movies ever. I just loved Roald Dahl and Wes Anderson totally caught the "voice" of his books. Currently reading James and the Giant Peach to my little ones!

Love all these movie picks of yours...I'm actually putting Stranger on my Netflix since I haven't seen it in ages! And speaking of Emma Thompson...Love Actually is one of my all time favorites!

Thanks for sharing!!

i love quirky movies!! Stranger than fiction is also one of my favorites :)

it was a sad day when pushing daisies was cancelled! You have to share how to make bubble tea sometime! It looks intriguing!

That bubble tea looks yumscrious.

Did you know I have never seen Harold and Maude?

Yeah for Pushing Daisies... I am in love with that show. I have actually just watched a couple episodes on the weekend. And of course baked a pie... Everytime I watch it I just have to bake a pie. =)

This post just reminded me that I need to start watching Pushing Daisies! I watched an episode or two and enjoyed it, I don't know why I haven't watched more!

Fantastic Mr. Fox and Stranger than Fiction are tops on my list as well. If you like comedy, one of my faves is " Arrested Development." The cast and writing is amazingly funny. Do you like animation? I have recently been smitten by Hayao Miyasaki, he made "Ponyo" (love) and then I recently watched "My neighbor Totoro." The artwork is beautiful and a wonderful movie.
Okay, this may take you back ,but I was super excited when "My So-called life" came to dvd. I love that show.

This is random... but I know you sometimes share "foodtographer" photos and I saw these and thought of your blog:
Today it's the first set of images. He photographs recipe ingredients in unique ways. :)

First off, Strawberry bubble tea?! I think I'm in love with that idea and I would love some right now! ;-)

Second of all, Stranger than Fiction is one of my favorite movies as well! But, my all time favorite is probably Julie & Julia-- because Julie pretty much reminds me of myself continually.

Great choices! I can't help but break my favorite movies into my favorite movie categories: dance, apocalyptic, and creative. My favorite dance movie has to be Dirty Dancing. Favorite apocalyptic movie is Armageddon, and favorite creative movie is still Amelie. Of course, I now want to go back and add like 4 more faves to each category!

One of my all time favorite movies is Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds. I love him, he's delicious, and that movie is hilarious. Another movie that I love is Some Like it Hot. Marilyn Monroe really has it all and that movie is great!

Jennifer-thanks for link, that guys food photography is so cool! I have no idea how he does it.

Serena-I love that one of your categories is "apocalyptic" :)

fantastic mister fox is one of my most favorite. my little 9 year old cousin and i watched on repeat on family vacation this summer. it was the best! :)

I've really been wanting to see stranger than fiction. Maybe I'll see if the library has it. I've also only heard good things about Pushing Dasies. So many things to put on my to-watch list.

Pushing Daisies! I recently finished the 2nd season and it's so heartbreaking to know there aren't any more.

Dead Like Me was another series that was actually supposed to be a precursor to Pushing Daisies, and Bryan Fuller created both of them. It too was canceled after 2 seasons! (What a bummer!) So if you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend it!

puahing daisies is one of the best shows i have ever seen. Why someone would want to cancel the opportunity to watch Lee Pace's charming face once a week, I will never understand.

I absolutely LOVED Pushing Daisies... such a quirky show and refreshing from the typical shows out there.

Stranger Than Fiction ranks high on my list of faves too...

So, another good show out there is Lie To Me. It's about a psychologist (Dr. Lightman) who specializes in body language... his agency is contracted by law enforcement to assist in certain criminal cases. It's a cool show.

I haven't seen Mr. Fox yet but everything else is on my list of favorites!

You should watch Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium if you haven't already. It's the greatest.

I want you to know I share all these favorites in films as well!

I love checking out your blog and seeing what beautiful things you bake and create!

keep on cookin' and bakin'!!

Agreed -- there is never enough Cat Stevens. :)

i loved pushing daisies too!!!

And I love your blog.
