inspiration from a fabric junkie
Lately nothing inspires me more than colorful fabric, and fun patterns. I have yet to find an awesome fabric store here in KC, so Etsy is where I buy most of my loves!
I'm really into vintage floral fabric right now, and I figured I would share some eye candy! :)
Where do you find inspiration, and what inspires you right now? :)

Old school signage and graffiti! I work in the sketchy part of downtown and it's everywhere I look, so I love using the colors and lettering in projects.

ooh, i love the curvy leaf pattern! so pretty.

Oooo! Great fabrics! I am in love with anything with a tactile quality. Fabric and yarn make my heart leap! Especially lucious colors. I love to go to purlsoho.com, sewmamasew.com, and reprodepot.com amd look at all of their beautiful fabrics!

Silje, have you checked out Urban Arts and Crafts (in Briarcliff Village)?? I got an email from them not too long ago saying they had gotten some of Denyse Schmidt's new fabric in, and she has the yummiest fabric lines!
